      Scott T. - Angular

As a software engineer, project manager, and start-up founder, I wear a lot of hats. It keeps me busy, but it also means I can assess a development project from every angle and find the best way to approach it. I’m a full-stack engineer, working primarily in angularJS, Javascript, Node.js and React. I pride myself on my attention to detail, having worked on several very complex databases throughout my career.

When I’m leading a team of developers, I believe in supporting them while also providing strong direction. As a product manager I know that an absence of leadership can lead to project drift, and that’s the last thing a budget and time-conscious company wants.

My knowledge of how to lead a team is strengthened by my own experience as a co-founder and CPO. This project, like many of my previous ones, focuses on creating a hyper-engaged community of like-minded people who can benefit from each other’s insights and expertise.
