Chanda Dharap has over 20 years of experience leading engineering and product teams, with a strong focus on emerging trends and new technologies, ranging from open-source and Node.js architectures to AI- and machine learning-based search. Chanda leads the Gigster engineering team in delivering Gigster's next generation platform to drive the future of work.
Steve leads Gigster’s partnership with Dentsu of Japan and our product development efforts. He has more than 25 years of experience in international business and was a co-founder and product architect for WetFeet, a pioneering company in Talent Management.
As Gigster’s technology sentinel, Debo is an expert on optimizing productivity for distributed teams and delivering business impact for customer engagement applications. Debo’s perspective on the business value of AI makes him a sought after speaker. He co-founded Gigster while on leave from Cornell for a Ph.D. in Physics.
Aaron was the CTO of SuccessFactors, acquired by SAP in 2011, and was responsible for the overall technology and cloud platform strategy. Over his career, he has worked as a senior software engineer and project lead for Informix, a GSS consultant for Aspect Telecommunication, and as head of engineering for eAlity. Aaron earned his B.A. in computer science from UC Berkeley.
Tom is currently the CMO of SignalFx, which was acquired by Splunk in October 2019. He previously served as the CMO of Sprinklr, where he worked to elevate the importance of a digital customer-first transformation for big brands. Before Sprinklr, Tom was a consultant-in-residence at Andreessen Horowitz and the CMO of Red Hat, PTC, and AppNexus.
With over 20 years of HR experience, Bek has held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Nike, and Atlassian, managing functions including business partners, diversity, recruiting, learning and development, performance, and talent management. She earned her B.A. in economics, psychology, and leadership from Claremont McKenna College and her M.A. in community counseling from Marquette University.
