      Grace J. - Clojure

After graduating from the Kogod School of Business, where I focused on accounting, I became a web development student at Code Academy in Chicago. Here, I learned how to build scalable apps in a fast and dynamic setting. After spending some time as a mentor and a software apprentice, I founded my first startup, where I acted as a consultant, increasing site optimization and page load speed for web apps, and provided clients with customized analytics to improve their businesses.

I returned to Washington D.C. to work as a full-stack developer, and created information technology solutions to help major American business owners in the restaurant industry. I left this position, and D.C., for the purposes of relocating to San Francisco as the co-founder of a mobile app for fans of professional sports. This app has found a lot of success, with over 6,000 monthly users.
